Our client is seeking a Business Administration Manager who will manage our client's workshop supply chain (purchasing, controls, administration) in relation to stores, issuing, procurement, and ancillary sales for the Company.Responsibilities:Optimize current administration, processes, procedures, and controls in stores and workshops issuing of individual stores, ensuring that operational initiatives and processes are effectively implemented and executed in a sustainable way.Identify, develop, coach, and retain a highly competent and energized team, who take ownership and accountability for their business.Review and upgrade current processes for purchase orders (POs) and requisitions.Enhance the SAGE processes for improved efficiency.Optimize personnel roles within the supply chain.Use SAGE systems effectively for all supply chain management.Review current stock levels in Workshop stores and establish min/max levels.Plan effectively, and forecast to ensure stock optimization and availability for vehicles in fleet.Analyze slow-moving items and determine which can be transferred to VRZAM (Distribution).Share fast-moving item lists with VRZAM for optimized stocking.Collaborate with VRZAM Manager to identify purchasing opportunities through VRZAM for workshops.Assess and determine the best purchasing strategies, reducing cash purchases where possible.Develop and implement stock reduction plans.Complete monthly scorecards and communicate with relevant parties.Improve workshop controls and paper flow, enhancing efficiencies.Oversee stock control, stock takes, inventory accuracy, and reconciliation reports.Ensure efficient receiving and picking processes.Manage back orders and monitor order lead times.Ensure workshop administration is sufficient to serve both internal and external customers, working on the administration processes to ensure frictionless external servicing, both B2B and B2C.Lead and develop the operational functionality and sales of the vehicle recovery and subscription product.Develop strategies to make the product operationally functional. Work with the marketing department to drive the product.Lead sales efforts on memberships increase, in line with sales strategy.
