Group Sales Manager - George (Garden Route) - Western CapeA client within the Hardware / Buildware industry is looking for a Group Sales Manager.Industry Experience Required: Candidates must have industry experience within Hardware / Buildware. No other industry will be considered.The suitable candidate will oversee and manage the sales operations in the business.Reporting to: the Director of the CompanyRemuneration:Total Cost to Company: R60kDuties & Responsibilities:Sells products by implementing national sales plans.Supervises Portfolio Sales Managers.Provides input into the annual sales targets per portfolio, plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for Portfolios / Branches / Regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes for existing and new products.Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand.Management of staff and sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Requirements and Skills:Meeting sales goalsNegotiation skillsSelling to customer needsMotivation for salesSales planningBuilding relationshipsCoachingManaging processesMarket knowledgeDeveloping budgetsStaffingAdvanced computer skillsPlease note that only candidates with the required experience will be considered and contacted.
