Essential Health Pharmacy Group is recruiting for experienced, energetic, mature and reliable Maintenance Workers to join our Team in Wellington. At least 15 years in building/construction maintenance (hands-on) is required. Due to ongoing expansion of the business we are always seeking for new talent to join our exciting team.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance functions on and around sites;
Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.);
Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting;
Undertake light installations;
Repair equipment;
Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing repairs and building repairs;
Undertake duties as assigned by management;
Identify and report repair needs to management;
Take responsibility for the upkeep of the gardens/parking areas around the properties;
Maintain general neatness of parking area.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in above mentioned areas;
Excellent physical condition;
Good health;
Good time keeping;
Energetic;
Should be able to comfortably handle heights;
Non-endorsed driver's license.
