The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the South Africa division by developing and implementing a sound sales strategy. Utilizing expertise in proven sales tactics, the Head of Sales will initiate targeted efforts to acquire new clients and expand sales revenue.
Develop and execute a comprehensive new sales strategy aligned with EXCO goals.Cultivate and sustain a robust business pipeline across assigned territories.Establish and implement revenue contingency plans.Mentor and develop Sales Managers and teams.Compile and present proposals, tenders, and quotes; attend client meetings as necessary.Design and launch marketing campaigns.Develop, implement, and monitor visitation campaigns.Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams to achieve objectives.Requirements: Bachelor's degree.Experience selling corporate technology solutions or subscriptions.A background in law, risk, compliance, or governance is an advantage.Demonstrated track record in sales management and leadership.Experience managing sales managers.Able to optimize multiple channels and drive sustained results from large volumes of leads.Results-driven, analytical, action-oriented, with influence and inspiration skills.This role suits a senior sales leader passionate about delivering results. An individual with a strategic mindset, who can effectively leverage actions to drive growth. A professional experienced in consultative selling and has a playbook for achieving revenue targets in high-volume environments.
Salary: Estimated R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
