Breakfast Chef

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast items such as eggs, pancakes, pastries, and other breakfast specialties.
Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station and kitchen area.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of breakfast ingredients.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or lodge environment.
Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and recipes.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
