We have an opportunity for aBrand Manager to join our Marketing team.
The main purpose of this role is to lead the development and implementation of the brand strategy and marketing campaigns to deliver and support the company objectives.
The Brand Manager will take ownership of the creative process and oversee the planning, execution, and implementation of marketing campaigns across all countries.DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIESDrive Market Share/Brand BuildingLead the development of the full marketing mix for Hungry Lion.Develop annual brand plans to deliver longer-term business objectives.Define the target consumer profile(s).Translate local consumer insights into marketing and selling/activation opportunities.Define the advertising and distribution mix for the upcoming year.Adapt the brand plan throughout the year depending on sales performance, observed trends and competitors' campaigns.Define the launch and promotional calendar across all channels, working closely with the rest of the marketing team.Ensure that there are clear objectives set for any campaign; prepare briefs and KPIs per campaign, plan and monitor budgets, review plans, etc.Develop the marketing calendar and programs and ensure the execution to maximise sales, profitability, and market share.Unpack complex business needs and provide creative solutions considering all stakeholders.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both at a strategic and operational level.Product ManagementBrief and implement the brand activities aligned with the annual brand plans to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.Plan and execute new product launches in conjunction with the operations, supply chain, and procurement departments.Market and Consumer InsightsKeep abreast of the main consumer trends and perceptions.Monitor the activity of competitors and conduct competitor analysis.Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.Work closely with other members of the marketing and insights team to monitor and analyse performance against specific KPIs and take action accordingly.Relationship Building & NetworkingDevelop positive, professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Develop and manage relationships with key media partners/publishers and act as their primary point of contact.Drive new partnership growth opportunities with current and potential new strategic partners across all our markets.REQUIREMENTS5 years of experience in brand management specifically.Brand management experience in QSR/FMCG/Retail.Experience in data analysis, creating insights, embedding learnings, and collaborating with partners across various markets.COMPETENCIESResilience and stress tolerance.Excellent written,verbal and presentationskills.Excellent commercial understanding and business acumen.
