Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, staying updated with industry trends.Conduct competitor and keyword research to maximize campaign performance.Create and manage social media content, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.Monitor and engage with social media communities, analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling visuals and ensure cohesive branding across platforms.Prepare detailed performance reports and offer strategic recommendations for improvement.Qualifications:Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRM Campaign Manager or similar role, ideally in the hospitality or property sectors.Google and Meta certifications are required.Proven experience managing paid search and social media campaigns.Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and PPC tools.Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and bid management.Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for optimizing campaign performance.Creative content development skills and experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Passion for hospitality.Experience: Between 3 - 5 Years.
