We are seeking a Brand Strategist (or Brand Planner) to be responsible for developing and implementing brand activation strategies that drive business growth and enhance market presence.
This includes combining both traditional and digital media to promote our Client's brand and sub-brands.
The successful candidate will support our Client's in-house creative team, working with their global marketing stakeholders.
The role will operate within the Client's open and collaborative creative culture.
This means all creative is shared early and often with the multi-disciplinary creative community.
This will help ensure alignment and consistent evolution of the Client's brand and holistic customer experiences.
What you will do: Audience Insights: Gather and analyze insights regarding the target audience to refine and enhance brand messaging.
Brand Activation Strategy: Develop comprehensive brand activation strategies, including campaign pillars, objectives, and execution plans.
Campaign planning: Define customer journeys and key customer touch points including the creative and contact and next best steps for activations.
Plan Development and Execution: Build and execute actionable brand plans, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective implementation.
Collaboration: Work alongside the brand strategy team on brand strategy formulation and collaborate with program managers for seamless rollout.
Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, new marketing technologies, and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, creative teams, and media partners, to ensure cohesive execution of brand strategies.
Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and present strategic plans, research findings, and campaign results to senior management.
Innovation and Ideation: Continuously generate new ideas for brand development, promotional activities, and marketing tactics to keep the brand dynamic and engaging.
Qualifications At least 7 years of experience in brand activation, brand planning, campaign planning, and execution is required.
Experience in both in-house and agency environments is preferred.
Strong creative thinking and analytical skills to drive brand growth and achieve marketing objectives.
Service Design experience will be beneficial.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
Experience working within, and contributing, to an integrated Brand Design System.
Experience with digital marketing and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media insights tools.
Experience with Adobe Workfront is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
Experience with event planning and management is a plus.
