The suitable candidates main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: General Project administrator duties. Financial accounting assistance where needed. Loading of projects, processing of supplier orders. Generating picking slips and GRV supplier invoices for payment. Supplier open order management. Weekly feedback on predictions versus actual invoicing. Weekly feedback on WIP liaising with project managers. Oversee project expenses. Manage and maintain replenishment of the security technology products purchased Maintain stock levels within the required quantities set by the business; Assist technical staff to complete their assignments on time; Facilitate all technical related work on campus; Create, update assign and complete job cards using the on-line system; Investigate reported incidents before assigning; Communicate with technical management team and provide feedback and updates on important issues; Liaise with suppliers regarding outstanding equipment and stock items; Provide statistics on outstanding issues; Update filing system; Ensure work conducted is done in a responsible and compliant manner and all requirements are met internally and externally; Ensure minimum stock levels are kept and maintain inventory list; Receives delivered supplies, materials and equipment and confirms delivered goods; Match purchase orders to goods received; Complete all necessary paperwork for stock items received and forward to supervisor; Ensure all faulty equipment is taken in for repair; Provide weekly and monthly reports of the inventory; Conduct weekly cycle counts of inventory materials based on computer monitored re-order listing; Conduct physical inventory count Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Attention to details Computer literate Able to work under pressure Experience in office administration and contract management Sound communication skills verbal and in writing Fully Bilingual
