Vaalwater Area- Limpopo: Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager – Mixed Farming to join the team.
Due to the location of the farm this position will suit candidates with no kids.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural Diploma/DegreeMinimum 3 years of farming experiencePrevious experience with:Cropping – maize & soyaLivestock – cattleSomebody who can take ownership, come up with new ideas, and works independently and proactivelyBeing mechanically & maintenance orientatedAbility to work with and motivate staff essentialValid driver's licenseRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: See that planting equipment and Poison Spray remain in good conditionSupervise planting process and sprayingDo the harvesting in person at harvest time with JD HarvesterGradually get involved in cattle farmingAny other duty that may come into question.ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
