Branch Administrator Cape Town Responsibilities
Assist branch manager on with day to day running of the branch
Internal sales
Draughting for Cape Town branch
Assisting Sales Team with quotes admin and technical liaison
Manage stationery and other office supplies and keep an inventory of the stock
Assist with branch marketing, working closely with the Head Office marketing team
Assist with branch debtors queries and work with the head office Finance team to resolve queries
Work with the Operations team at head office to coordinate tasks
Manage the weekly time sheets, the driver log books
Assist with admin tasks associated with branch deliveries
Perform ad-hoc clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, general branch admin work
Maintain high levels of Customer Service
Assist with cycle counts in warehouse
Office house keeping
Answer inbound calls
Maintain a high level of customer service
Control the access to the office and warehouse

Branch Administrator - Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience
Should have matric and a diploma is preferred
Draughting Experience (AutoCAD and/or Inventor)
Must be customer focused
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and admin skills
Marketing experience will be advantageous
Must be a team player
Proficient in MS Office packages
