It is important that this person is flexible and able to execute all objectives against the campaign requirements. The Branch Mobile Specialist must create an exceptional customer experience through their engagement with customers. They will be responsible to educate them on the applicable products and services. Meet daily targets in line with the requirements, the accurate capturing of all required information and to provide feedback in terms of challenges and/or opportunities.
