This company imports and distributes international PPE brands to a growing client base in the industrial, manufacturing, and mining industries.Duties & ResponsibilitiesQualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:Tertiary education would be beneficialExperience in the PPE industry would be advantageous; alternate industries to consider would be manufacturing, power tools, industrial, etc.Good understanding of merchandisingRetail experienceGreat people skills as this is a customer-centric roleOwn car is required for client visitsJob Description:Report directly to the GMManage the day-to-day operationsResponsible for procurementManage internal salesSupport external salesManage the warehouseReporting to head officeVisit existing clients and new clients to grow customer base and maintain happy customersImplementation of procedures and controlsAccountable and responsible for the region's retail storeResponsible for branch HR (supported by Head Office)Build knowledge of trends in the PPE industryImplement and drive company vision and focusBuild and mentor an effective team (15 people)Package & RemunerationR 420 000 - R 600 000 - Annually
