The Branch Manager is responsible for the financial, business, marketing, and people management for his/her branch.

Qualifications:
Matric. Sales and Marketing qualifications will be an advantage.

Experience:
2 years proven track record in microfinance or banking. Minimum of two years of managerial experience.

Knowledge and Skills:
2 years proven track record in microfinance or banking. Minimum of two years of managerial experience.

Additional Requirements:

Financial Management: Continuously manage and monitor branch performance.
Business/Compliance Management: Ensure that the sum of branch daily/monthly is 100% accurate and is balanced every day.
Sales and Marketing Management: Develop and implement Sales and Marketing plans to improve branch performance.
People Management: Manage, motivate, and monitor branch personnel and their performance.
