JOB PROFILEContract Duration: 12 MonthsJOB TITLE: Branch Manager – Durban BranchJOB GRADE: D2 Minimum MidpointSALARY: R 700 491 - R 824 107LOCATION: Durban BranchMAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:To manage the Seda Branch operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to small enterprises and co-operatives in line with Seda strategy and policies.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:Manage Branch OperationsManage Branch InfrastructureManage Stakeholder Relations within the BranchManage Human Resources within the BranchManage Financial and Risk within the BranchREQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:Matric plus 3-year tertiary qualification in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations Management/Engineering or any other suitable 3-year qualificationPostgraduate degree will be an added advantageREQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:6-8 years working experience, of which 3-5 years must have been in a management/business advisory positionExperience in dealing with SMMEsExperience in interacting with stakeholdersOperations Management ExperienceCRITICAL COMPETENCIES:Strategic thinkingFinancial and business acumenLeadership skillsPlanning and organizingCommunication (written and verbal)Good interpersonal skillsChange managementTeam playerAnalytical skillsTo apply, please send your CV to ******.
