Branch Manager

Dutton Plastics Engineering is looking for a Branch Manager who will be responsible for leading and overseeing our business-to-business sales activities, developing, and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets in the Western Cape.Experience & QualificationGrade 12Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Microsoft Office and an intermediate level of Excel is a must, including the ability to effectively manipulate, compile and analyse data.Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager or a similar role in the building/hardware industry.Strong understanding of the retail building industry.Demonstrated success in managing a sales teams and large customer base.Ability to develop and drive brand awareness and generate leads.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.The successful candidate should be willing to visit sites and attend to service calls.
