Branch Manager

Villiersdorp Co-operative Limited (VILKO) has a position available for a Branch Manager with excellent people relations and interpersonal skills to lead their dynamic team based at their branch situated in Vyeboom, Western Cape. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Vyeboom branch, and will liaise with the General Manager, Financial Manager, other Branch Managers, branch staff, and administrative staff on a regular basis. KPIs will include: Customer Service Inventory management Personnel management Sales/Marketing/Packing Materials Purchasing (inventory and direct purchases) Maintenance of assets and arranging for repairs as needed vehicles, equipment, buildings and premises Setting up of budget and management thereof all other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: Matric required, a tertiary qualification in Accounting/Marketing or a similar field will be advantageous; At least 5 years general trading experience in an agricultural environment, including experience in a managerial capacity and excellent product knowledge; Good computer literacy (MS Office); Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English; Valid drivers license.
