Branch Manager

Ballito. Opportunity exists for Branch Manager with solid management experience to take full responsibility of branch operations for Storage facility.
Responsibilities will include:
General housekeeping duties within the Warehouse such as maintaining a neat and tiny warehouse environment, ensuring the warehouse map is up to date and accurate, ensure all equipment is in proper working condition, maintain trucks, forklifts, and other equipment
Customer service and relationship management
Manage logistical issues, coordinate jobs and ensure correct documentation for each job
Conduct monthly stock counts and implement a proper record-keeping system
Ensure job cards, stock counts, and customer feedback forms are correctly saved and filed
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and hygiene controls
Implement health and safety initiatives and report unsafe situations
Supervise all warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and ensure staff are presentable and correctly dressed
Conduct weekly meetings to discuss jobs, performance, and requirements
Requirements:
8+ years management experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to work well under pressure, high energy level, and self-motivated
Results-oriented with a sense of order and attention to detail
