Title: Branch Manager - Electronic Security - Fire Prevention SystemsLocation: Pinetown, DurbanOverview:We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our team in the electronic security - FIRE detection space.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent project and time management skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all branch operations, including sales, project management, installation, and service delivery, to achieve business objectives and targets.- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence in the electronic security, solar, and electrical sectors.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.- Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines and budgets.- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to branch staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, including sales forecasts, budget analysis, and project progress updates.- Collaborate with other departments and branches to streamline processes, share best practices, and drive operational efficiency.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and enhance business relationships.Requirements:- Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role in the electronic security, and fire industry.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.- Knowledge of electronic security systems, and fire systems is a MUST.
