JOB PROFILE JOB TITLE: Branch Administrator Intern
REPORTING TO: Branch Manager
DURATION: 12 Months
SALARY: R5000
NO. OF INCUMBENTS: 1
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide reception duties, welcome visitors/clients and perform administrative tasks.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Manage Switchboard and Reception area in the Branch including management of pool vehicle.Provide administrative services and handle face-to-face enquiries from visitors.REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION: Matric (level 4) and three year qualification in Business Administration, Business Management, Office Technology or Secretarial Diploma (NQF Level 6).REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE: Not applicable.Knowledge of secretarial duties.Knowledge of MS Office package.CRITICAL COMPETENCIES: Planning and organising skills.Strong communication skills, ability to interact productively with Managers, peers, and subordinates.Proficient in the use of computers, including accounting software, database software, document management software, and Microsoft Office packages.Prior secretarial experience preferred, but not required.Performance orientation.Integrity.Interpersonal skills.Professionalism.NOTE: It is the organization's intention to promote equity and representivity in terms of race, gender, and people living with disabilities as per the set numerical targets contained in the organizational Employment Equity Plan (EE Plan).
