IntroductionAs a BPM Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions using industry-leading BPM tools and technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect BPM solutions, and deliver high-quality software solutions that optimize business processes and enhance overall productivity.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) solutions using BPM tools such as IBM BPM.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and define BPM solution requirements.Develop custom BPM workflows, forms, and user interfaces using Java EE technologies such as Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB), JavaServer Faces (JSF), and JavaServer Pages (JSP).Integrate BPM solutions with external systems and applications using web services, REST APIs, and messaging technologies.Design and implement complex business rules and decision logic using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and DMN (Decision Model and Notation).Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of BPM solutions to ensure quality and reliability.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.Desired Experience & QualificationProven expertise in designing and developing BPM solutions using BPM tools such as Camunda, Activiti, or IBM BPM.Strong proficiency in Java EE technologies including Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB), JavaServer Faces (JSF), JavaServer Pages (JSP), and Servlets.Solid understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and DMN (Decision Model and Notation) standards.Experience with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
