Candidate Requirements:Grade 12At least 3-5 years experience working on GAI machineryA valid forklift licence would be highly advantageousSKOP (Senior Cellar Assistant Training Programme) (1-3) Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English Should have good interpersonal and communication skillsMust have excellent knowledge of the winemaking processShould be detail orientated and trustworthyMust be able to work in a team and also complete tasks independentlyShould have own transportMust be confident dealing with all tasks related t bottling and labellingDuties:Assist with general stock management (applying the FIFO method).Assist with packing of daily orders (local and international).Setup of machinery.Maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
