Responsibilities:Providing clear direction to the entire business in terms of coordinating activites across all departmentsManagement of over 200 staff members through the use of KPA's KPIsConsistent reiteration of company policies and proceduresManagement of restaurant facilties onsite - including but not limted to stock taking, customer service training, menu changes etcManagement of various retail facilities onsiteManagement of all the systems used to track daily activities and stockFull report back of the financial performance of the business on a monthly basisOptimisation of the workspace and work flow Qualifications and Skills:Hospitality experience 10 yearsBusiness acumen 10 yearsStaff management 10 years Business Degree Advantageous Hospitality degree with recognised body non negotiable
