We are seeking a Bookkeeper for a permanent role based in Woodmead, Gauteng. Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Tertiary education (Diploma or similar) in AccountingSage 300 experienceProven bookkeeping experience, as well as general office administrationMS Office and internet literacyThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Oversee creditors functionResponsible for cashbook payments and cashbook maintenance / processingCredit card maintenance and processing costs into SageCreate / capture sage journal entriesAccuracy of financial records including reconciliationsClerical services in the accounting functionEQSTRA account maintenance and allocating vehicles to correct sitesCertificate preparation and invoicingCredit control function Salary: Market related
