A well-established automotive company requires the above to assist the senior bookkeeper with all bookkeeping duties and related financial administration within the company.Minimum Requirements For The RoleMust be proficient in Microsoft Office with basic Excel skills.Financial accounting or bookkeeping or related qualification is preferred.Previous experience having worked in a bookkeeping role is preferred for the role.Previous experience having worked on an accounting package is preferred.Previous experience having worked on pastel partner is preferred. The company is also happy to train the person on pastel partner if no experience.The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible ForAssisting the Senior Bookkeeper with all bookkeeping duties and related financial administration within the company.Handling all supplier processing, allocating payments and reconciliations.Assisting credit and collections.Handling customer processing, allocations of payments and reconciliations.Assisting the senior bookkeeper in handling all cashbooks and reconciliations.Assisting with cashflow monitoring and projections.Compiling filed SARS Related documents VAT, PAYE, tax clearance, IRP5'S etc.Assisting with the reconciling of payroll to accounting software.Processing of credit applications of customers.Assisting with the managing of accounts and conducting trial balance analysis for management.Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.Desired SkillsBookkeeperAccountingFinance
