Bookkeeper (JB4931) Pretoria, Gauteng (Hybrid - Office-based on Thursdays) R20 – 22 000 CTC per month Permanent Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.
This hybrid role combines remote work flexibility with in-office collaboration every Thursday.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, payment processing, and reconciliation tasks.
Minimum Requirements: Degree or Diploma in the financial field of study Minimum of 4 years experience as a Bookkeeper Highly computer literate Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate level) Knowledge of ERP systems such as Sage 200 or SAP Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Duties and Responsibilities: Perform accurate bank postings and reconciliations Process and reconcile petty cash transactions Prepare EFT requests and facilitate payments Load and release payments as required Create and post journal entries Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
