Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities: Debtors Management: Oversee all aspects of accounts receivable. Track and collect payments from customers or clients. Creditors Management: Handle all aspects of accounts payable. Manage and pay bills to suppliers or vendors. Cashbook Management: Record all income and expenses accurately. Manage cash transactions using a cashbook or accounting software. Reconciliations: Compare and reconcile financial records, including bank statements and ledger entries. Identify and resolve discrepancies. Problem Solving: Address and resolve financial discrepancies or errors. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Maintain compliance with accounting standards. Self-Starter with Strong Work Ethic: Work independently and take initiative in completing tasks.
