Bookkeeper

A Position for a Bookkeeper has become available for a company in Mount Edgecombe
Education:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Tertiary Education (not necessary, but is an Advantage)

Experience:

Pastel partner
Pastel Payroll
Microsoft office
Minimum of 2 to 3 years in bookkeeping field

Job Description (but not limited to):

Reconciliation and Submission on SARS E-Filing in accordance with statutory deadlines i.e. VAT, PAYE
Overseeing and managing the Debtors and Creditors Clerk
Compile monthly management accounts
Prepare Monthly management and financial reports
Work with the executive directors to prepare monthly and annual operating budgets
Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
Asset Management
Implement control over company expenses
Liaise with Bank, SARS and Auditors
General Ledger reconciliations
Analysis of Fuel and control over vehicle fleet
Costing Analysis
Perform full payroll functions on Pastel Payroll
Manage stock take
HR duties

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R13000,00 - R14000,00 per month
