Bookkeeper

Job Description: As the Bookkeeper, your duties and responsibilities include the following: Ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled Prepare and post accurate journal entries Manage and reconcile petty cash accounts Prepare EFT requests for payments Ensuring timely and accurate payment processing Ensuring all invoices are paid up to date Assisting in maintaining an accurate and balanced general ledger Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports Skills & Experience: Bookkeeping skills up until Trial Balance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Qualification: Completed a relevant finance or accounting qualification Completed matric (Grade 12) Contact JENELLE COOKSON on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF019963.
