Join our clients dynamic team and take your career to the next level as a Bookkeeper As the Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the below: Respond to requests from the Team Lead by providing information and completing tasks for additional projects. Address queries assigned in Fresh service and handle ad hoc inquiries from Brands. Compile and provide necessary information. Prepare bank reconciliations and upload bank statements to SharePoint. Follow up on and resolve all reconciling items. Prepare reconciliations for unallocated accounts. Process daily bank transactions. Unallocated accounts. Investigate and resolve unallocated transactions in collaboration with Brands and the GSS accounts payable department. Prepare correction journals as needed. Compile a weekly list of unidentified transactions for the Team Lead to follow up with the bank. Request the clearing of international payments. Prepare SMS lists as required. Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed Matric. Completed BCom in Accounting and related field. Shared services experiences will be an advantage.
