Our client is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their team as a Bookkeeper / Financial Administrator.
Roles and Responsibilities: The successful applicant will have experience in the following areas: Administration of Salaries and Wages on Simple Pay Extensive knowledge of Simple Pay and QuickBooks software Proven experience in performing account trail balancing Proven experience in performing bank reconciliations Proven experience in balancing Debtors and Creditors accounts Proven experience in month-end reporting Loading payments to different banks (Experience with Standard Bank preferred) Proven experience in generating invoicing, statements, and credit notes Neat and structured filing habits Key Personality Traits and General Requirements: Fully vaccinated Passionate and competent in organizational administration practices Ability to follow structured processes Mature personality Ethical business practices linked with a strong work ethic Logical reasoning and initiative Critical thinking Valid driver's license and ability to drive Valid references with proven work history in the same or similar field Candidate must show interest in growing within the organization Package and Benefits: Details on remuneration and benefits will be discussed with successful candidates during the interview process.
