Keeping track of debtors and creditors, ensuring timely payments. Monitoring and responding to emails from customers and suppliers. Managing stock levels and placing orders to keep operations running smoothly. Overseeing the production process and ensuring quality control. Adding products to the system and updating costing formulations. Supporting month-end accounting and filing duties to keep finances in check. What you bring to the table: Experience in bookkeeping and a passion for administration. Knowledge of accounting software (Pastel or similar is a bonus). Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks while keeping everything on track. Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills.
