Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges. Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Below is an indication of the basic and expected staff requirements: High command of the English language. Communicating effectively through verbal written communication. High level of interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy. Ability to work in a high pressured environment. High willingness and ability to learn. Minimum 3 years' experience in a Contact Centre / similar sales and service environment. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Windows.
