Job Description This role would be responsible for handling all types of vehicle claim scheduling, running the full administration process for the motor claims portfolios, and providing feedback timeously on the progress of the claim appointments to the involved stakeholders. The duties of the role will vary from time to time according to business requirements.
You Would Principle Accountabilities Scheduling claims to assessors Running RAM and providing ABR options to client/broker on certain binder claims Following up on outstanding quotations and providing broker feedback Appointing assessors and following up on assessor reports Repair management of approximately 600 claims Invoicing brokers for assessing fees Attending and directing all broker queries Updating brokers system (during manual process) Management of Codeplex dashboards Ensuring completeness and accuracy of information received from FNOL / Back Office Tracking car hire on Vehicle Claims Providing feedback with upstream and downstream processes on queries/escalations and incompleteness of the data via email/calls Ensuring SLA adherence of daily productivity, TAT and Inventory levels Ensuring work prioritization is followed as a practice Finalizing long tail claims Minimum Job Requirements 3 years Motor claims handling experience 3 years call center experience NQF5 in short term insurance (Advantageous) 3+ years claim administration and scheduling System Knowledge on the following: Microsoft Office BPM TIA ICE The Recruitment Process: TA Interview: This will be a discussion with a member of the TA Team to give you an understanding of our business, our culture & values and more context on the role. It will also allow the opportunity to get to know you a little better, and ensure OMI can meet your needs. Panel Interview: This will be with 2 members of the senior leadership of the data team and 1 member of the HC leadership team. Technical & Psychometric Assessments: These will depend on the role and will sometimes happen concurrently with MIE & Internal Verification. Final Feedback Closing Date: 22 October 2024
