Bim Manager

Were recruiting for a BIM Manager on behalf of our client, responsible for overseeing BIM implementation within key projects.
This role demands a technical leader who can manage and coordinate BIM teams, ensuring smooth integration across platforms, meticulous data management, and the execution of cutting-edge BIM processes.

Key Responsibilities: Lead BIM teams, assess team capabilities, and provide project-specific supportOversee data integration between BIM models and databases, ensuring accuracy and consistencyDevelop information management strategies, manage common data environments (CDEs), and support cloud collaboration platformsConduct audits and quality checks to maintain high project standardsCollaborate with IT, clients, and stakeholders to address technical challenges and ensure successful BIM executionSkills & Qualifications: Minimum N3 in engineering or MDDOP qualification; BTech/BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or Civil preferredProven experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks; certifications advantageousKnowledge of SANS19650 (ISO19650) and strong background in information managementEE Disclaimer: All positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
