Job Title : Billings AuditorsLocation : Clinix Botshelong-Empilweni Private Hospital (Vosloorus)Job SummaryThe Billings Auditor will promote and deliver quality patient care and wellness in accordance with industry standards and execute billing auditor duties within the standards, procedures, and protocols set down by the Clinix Health Groups.Minimum Qualifications And ExperienceDiploma in Nursing2-3 years experience in a Billings environmentAdvanced Computer LiteracySAP will be an advantage.Minimum DutiesPerform Billings Auditing duties in accordance with the Clinix Health Groups standards and procedures.Adhere to the principles and standards of patient advocacy according to the Clinix Health Groups.Review and analyze reports as a management tool to identify negative trends and implement corrective action.Optimize the billing of products by the Hospital in line with company requirements and contractual arrangements with Medical Schemes.Perform End of Case on the approved system.Ensure the accurate maintenance of supplier invoices.Efficiently manage Billing processes specific to private patients, finalize bill invoices on the SAP system as 'paper' claims, and forward patient files to the collections department for further management.Audit Patient files as per Company requirements and in accordance with the Company contracts with Medical Schemes.Adhere to reporting standards by analyzing information and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and inconsistencies for decision-making.
