Experienced Asst. GM Couple required for Luxury Big5 Game Lodge
* Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or applicable tertiary qualification
* Min 5 yrs managing high-end Safari Lodges
* Professional demeanor, maturity, and excellent presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good F&B knowledge, with understanding of wine pairing and cultivars.
* Exceptional skills in staff and guest relations
* Ability to multitask, adapt to changing business needs, and think critically
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* High attention to detail
* Experience in overseeing maintenance and ensuring high standards of lodge upkeep
* Solid track record with sober habits.
* Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Operations, Guest Experience, HR, Finance, OHASA, Maintenance, Marketing & Sales, Conservation & Sustainability.
* Valid RSA ID, Drivers License and Own Transport essential.
