We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Bid Manager to oversee the end-to-end bid process for our company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of bidding, tendering, and proposal processes, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in developing compelling and competitive bids. This role requires a strong communicator and project manager who can work under pressure and deliver high-quality submissions on time.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire bid process from initial inquiry to submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements.Analyse bid documents, identify key deliverables, and develop a clear understanding of client needs.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, legal, operations) to gather the necessary information and resources for the bid.Develop and write compelling proposals, including technical and commercial responses, that effectively address client requirements.Coordinate and lead bid review meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.Prepare and manage bid budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.Identify and mitigate risks associated with the bid process.Review and revise bids for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before submission.Maintain a library of bid documents, templates, and best practices to streamline future bid processes.Monitor and analyse the success of submitted bids, providing feedback for continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to enhance bid strategies.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proficient in using bid management software and tools.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong understanding of financial, legal, and commercial aspects of bids.Job Type: Full-time
