MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
5 years experience in beef farm management
Computer literate
Strong stockmanship
Previous pecan nut farm experience advantageous
Experience with irrigation systems - sprayers
Ability to motivate and work with staff
Must be honest, hardworking and have ownership mentality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must be maintenance orientated
Valid drivers license
