BEAUTY SPECIALIST - Wax confident (Face & Body) SUNNINGDALE - West Coast, Western Cape (ZA) START: A.S.A.P / 01 December 2024 TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS Monday – Saturday 08:30 - 18:00 / 10:00 - 19:00 (rotate shifts) Sunday & Public Holidays 08:30 - 18:00 1x Weekend OFF per month + Days off in the week Total 8x days off per month REPORT TO: Salon Owner SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS R5,500 Basic Salary per month before commission or tax deductions Service Commission - tiered from 10% - 15% Retail Commission - tiered from 12% - 20% Monthly incentives & performance bonuses MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA ( we do not offer permits ) ITEC / SAAHSP accredited qualification DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology / Beauty Specialist Must be wax confident as this is our most popular service - this is not negotiable Beautifully groomed, manicured and presentable EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years employment experience in salon or spa Experience working on various hair types for hair removal including Ethnic & Asian Confidence working in a fast-paced environment, we do in & out services (express) BONUS SKILLS: Threading Tinting Henna KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Confident and skilled in all standard BEAUTY services Confident performing intimate waxes (Hollywood & Brazilian) Confident performing male grooming (Chest wax, B.S.C Wax) Retail confident Confidently re-book clients where applicable Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision Able to commit to working flexible hours (weekends, major holidays and shifts)
