Our client, a Property Investment company, is seeking a BCOM graduate to join their team and become a Property Manager. Reports To: Senior Property Manager Job Overview The ideal candidate will have a BCom degree and a passion for real estate and property management. Key Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Handle tenant communications, including responding to inquiries and addressing concerns. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Support lease administration, including preparing lease agreements and processing renewals. Maintain accurate records of property activities and financial transactions. Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Commerce (BCom) or related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic understanding of property management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Prior experience or internship in property management or real estate (advantageous but not required).
