We have an amazing opportunity for a Bartender to be based in Boksburg, Gauteng. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

Responsibilities: Mixing and serving drinks and/or snacks or food to customers. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain clean and tidy service areas. Ensure uniforms are adhered to and present a professional image. Prepare stock requisitions and manage stock levels. Greet customers, present menus, and answer questions. Serve orders and check with customers to ensure satisfaction. Handle customer complaints efficiently and record them as necessary. Collect payments and ensure accurate reconciliation of sales. Maintain cleanliness of the service area and assist with ad hoc duties. Requirements: Experience in the service industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and accountability. A Bonus To Have: Experience with POS systems. Stock management experience.
