Barman/Barista - Premium Restaurant

Job Title: Barman/Barista PositionLocation: Northern Suburbs, JohannesburgSalary: R6,000 – R12,000 (depending on experience)
Barista Qualifications: A high school diploma and barista training/certification are preferred.Previous experience in a coffee shop environment.Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and espresso preparation.Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor.Ability to operate coffee machines and manage multiple orders efficiently.Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Basic cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems.Barman Qualifications: High school diploma; bartending certification is an advantage.Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting.In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple drink orders and maintain a clean bar.Knowledge of alcohol regulations and responsible service practices.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Basic cash handling skills and experience with POS systems.
