About the Barista position
We are seeking a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and charismatic Barista to join our offices in Linbro Park, Gauteng. You will be required to warmly welcome internal and external clients and create and serve a variety of coffees.
Barista responsibilities are: Preparing coffee tailored to the client's preference. Clean and sanitize the equipment, work area, serving counter and surrounding area. Communicating with customers, taking orders and processing payments. Maintain a well-stocked coffee bar by taking inventory and requesting stock to be replenished timeously. Adhere to all safety regulations and quality controls. Role requirements are: At Minimum a Matric/NQF4 equivalent. A minimum of 2-3 years working experience as a Barista. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time. Excellent verbal communication skills in English is essential. Able to work from 7am - 16h00, Monday to Friday. Preference will be given to candidates who live in and around Richmond Park, Milnerton. Key personal attributes: Exceptional listening and communication skills. Friendly and engaging personality.
