Service Coordinator

Requirements: Matric / Technical qualification Trade Test or Workshop Diploma / Certificate advantageous 3-5 years relevant workshop experience Knowledge of the Mining, Construction and Earthmoving Equipment Valid drivers License Must come from Mining, Earthmoving, Construction or a similar industry Duties will include: Manage all workshop and field service functions Maintenance of tools, equipment and material in service area Handle warranty claims, job costing, quotations, product support Attend to service and breakdown issues Inspect quality of Technicians work Review customer service orders Ensure that daily maintenance and upkeep of the branch is adhered to Customer relationship development
