Banqueting Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of all banqueting events, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. Maintain inventory and manage event equipment, ensuring all items are in excellent condition and available for use. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage budgets, ensure cost control, and monitor financial performance for all banqueting functions. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Banqueting Manager or similar role in a luxury lodge, hotel, or fine dining establishment. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Knowledge: Thorough understanding of banqueting operations, event coordination, and luxury service standards. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, staff, and various departments.
