Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of all banqueting events, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and offer tailored solutions to exceed expectations. Manage the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquets, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation. Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations during events. Lead and motivate the banqueting staff, providing training and support to maintain a high standard of service. Maintain inventory and manage event equipment, ensuring all items are in excellent condition and available for use. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage budgets, ensure cost control, and monitor financial performance for all banqueting functions. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Banqueting Manager or similar role in a luxury lodge, hotel, or fine dining establishment. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Knowledge: Thorough understanding of banqueting operations, event coordination, and luxury service standards. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, staff, and various departments.
