Bank And Cash Supervisor

Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:Banking Operations Management:Supervise the day-to-day banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfersMonitor bank account balances and reconcile discrepancies in a timely mannerCoordinate with financial institutions to resolve any issues or concerns related to banking transactionsCash Management:Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and balancesEnsure the safekeeping of cash and valuables by implementing security measuresPrepare cash flow forecasts to optimize cash resources and minimize idle cashFinancial Reporting:Prepare regular reports on cash balances, bank reconciliations, and cash flow projections for management reviewAnalyze financial data to identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations for improvementPolicy and Procedure Development:Develop and implement policies and procedures related to banking and cash management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controlsTrain staff members on proper cash handling procedures and protocolsAudit and Compliance:Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting evidenceEnsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to banking and cash managementTeam Leadership:Supervise and motivate a team of banking and cash handling staff, providing guidance and support as neededFoster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, productivity, and professional development Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 7 years experience in a similar role Qualification:Degree or diploma Contact ANNARI STANDER on
