Baker

Responsibilities

Ensure kitchen equipment and tools are clean before use
Bake different bread types, like baguettes and multigrain breads
Manage oven temperatures to ensure proper baking and mix various ingredients
Track food supplies and place orders, if needed

Requirements

Able to work in rotating shifts (5am - 3pm)
Experience as a baker for 2-3 years
Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters
Understanding of food safety practices
On-the-job training will be provided

Other Information

6-day work week, including weekends
Location: Central
