Branch and Area Sales Manager (POS24133)Location: Edenvale or Boksburg (2 branches)Salary: R 25 000 to R 35 000 per month + commission (negotiable)Position OverviewThe ideal candidate must have experience in B2B Sales and have dealt with distributors. The primary focus is to drive sales through added value - Technical support, solutions, service, etc. The successful candidate will manage 4 to 6 salespeople (KPI and Target) as well as 2 Support Technicians (Sales Engineers).Experience & EducationMatricMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience as Area or Team Manager, leading a team to reach sales targetsExperience in the electronic B2B space selling to multiple dealers/resellersAffinity for technical products and solutionsExperience in either Security Distributors, Electrical Wholesales, or ICT DistributorsPreference will be given to candidates from the electronic, fire protection, security technology, or ICT industry.Closing Date: 30 April 2024Application Process:To apply for this position, send your CV in MS Word format and use POS24133 in the subject line.
